Joseph acts for businesses and individuals in commercial and civil disputes, in the Queensland and Federal Courts, and in arbitration, mediation, settlement conferences and negotiation.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds a Master of International Law with Distinction. He has served three terms on the Republic of Korea’s Peaceful Unification Advisory Council, and advises clients in English and Korean.
